Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Mamta Marbles for your flooring and sanitary needs. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Please read our return policy carefully for each product category.

1. Tiles:

Returns: We accept returns for up to 10% of the total purchased regular tiles within 1 month of purchase. Conditions: Returned tiles must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Exceptions: Customized or special-order tiles, as well as one-time use materials, are non-returnable.

2. Marbles, Granites, and Natural Stones:

Returns: Returns are not accepted for marbles, granites, and natural stones. Conditions: All sales of marbles, granites, and natural stones are final due to their unique nature. Please ensure to thoroughly inspect products before purchase. Exceptions: In the event of product damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

3. Sanitary Products (Jaquar, Roca, Parryware):

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Conditions: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, toilet seats and other intimate items are non-returnable.

4. Viking Accessories and Finolex Plumbing Items:

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Exceptions: Consumables like plumbing adhesive and sealants are non-returnable.

5. Cements and Tile Adhesives:

Returns: Cements and tile adhesives are non-returnable. Conditions: All sales of cements and tile adhesives are final. Please ensure to select products carefully before purchase.

Returns Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@mamtamarbles.com or phone us at +919040072067/53/83 to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the provided address.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange according to the product category and conditions outlined above.

Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refund Policy:
Approved refunds will be credited to original mode of paymet in 7 business days 

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase to allow for processing time. After this window, orders will be executed and cannot be cancelled.
